Great Location close to the beach and restaurants. The staff was moderately friendly and helpful. A good variety at the breakfast buffet.
The room was not thoroughly cleaned upon arrival and smelled musty. The pool was overcrowded and unclean.

The location of the hotel is convenient for those who like to shop, as it is close to the Las Americas mall. This allows guests to easily access a variety of shops and amenities without traveling too far. the proximity of the hotel to the marina at the end of the peninsula provides opportunities for leisurely walks and beautiful views of the ocean.
The overall service at the hotel was lacking, as multiple reviews mentioned. Guests experienced issues with check-in, receiving drinks at meal times, and obtaining assistance from staff members.

This hotel offers exclusive amenities that cater to both luxury and leisure travelers. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools are top-notch, while the Jacuzzi offers a relaxing experience with a scenic view of the garden area. The restaurant serves a variety of upscale dishes that complement the bar/lounge area's wide array of cocktails. The private facilities are spacious, allowing for maximum comfort.
The gym could use some upgrades, but it's still adequate for a quick workout. The check-in procedure is a minor issue as the hotel holds your passport until your room is ready, but this is only temporary and does not affect the overall quality of your stay.

Beautiful beach and nice grounds, great for relaxing. Clean and tidy rooms with good water pressure. Mini-fridge stocked every day with fresh water bottles.
Safety hazard bridge at main pool, rusty nails sticking out. Exposed wiring and debris from renovations.
